City Recruitment and Resourcing Limited is a new company launched in 2018. Following in the footsteps of its sister company, City Traffic Management Services Ltd. City RR was launched to tackle the issue and stigma of recruitment companies in the Highways sector.
A number of Industry recognised recruitment companies have supplied temporary staff to businesses that are perhaps not fully competent to undertake that role they have been sent to undertake. This leaves businesses with poorly trained operatives on the ground delivering a sub-standard service to the Highways Industry at times
What City RR are trying to do is use the quality of City TM Ltd’s training experience to raise that standard to a higher competency level by not only recruiting a more competent workforce, training that workforce in-house and mentoring that workforce while out in the field, but by doing all of that at NO EXTRA COST to the client.
Our workforce is already the talk of the Industry, in so much that in the first 6 months that we traded, we have shaken up the current providers to rethink their strategies in line with what we are introducing to the Industry. Over the next year or two we will continue to bring new Ideas to the Industry, and strive to push for Innovation in Technological and Health and Safety advances.
We are already looking at developing an APP for staff and recruitment staff that will completely manage our process online from booking to payment. With the Investment funds we are releasing for these projects, we expect this to be in place by the end of the year.
We are currently covering our clients demands daily across the country. Supplying one operative up to 250 operatives for event works, we have the ability and staff to cover all your requirements large or small.
